Earth Quake in China

Most of the readers of this blog have likely read about the great human tragedy in the Sichuan province in China due to the devastating earthquake. More than forty thousand people have lost their lives and tens of thousands are still missing. Please remember them in your duas and pray for their survival. Ameen. Red Crescent in Muslim countries like Malaysia, Pakistan and Turkey have asked for assistance in their respective countries. Pakistan has also sent a million dollars worth of goods including tents, food, medicine and drinking water. Please donate generously to the relief effort. Please let me know if there are Islamic Relief organizations contributing to the relief effort and I will update this post.
